1) Masonry or General Worker

  • Able to understand type of masonry building material for different application.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 year experience in brick and tiles laying and other construction installation.
  • Painter / Waterproofing experience will also be considered.
  • Be physically Fit

2) M&E Technician

Responsible in performing preventive and corrective maintenance of building M&E equipments Building upgrading, retrofitting works, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, air conditioning system and general installation works.

  • Knowledge and experience in audio visual system and M&E works is required.
  • Mechanical, electrical, sanitary & plumbing, air con, audio visual system
  • Handyman works.
  • ACMV
  • Pleasant personality, good working attitude and team spirit, must be able to hands on.
  • Preferably 3 to 5 years maintenance experience, training provided.

3) LANDSCAPE TECHNICIAN

  • Full time Stationed gardener with a passion for greenery 
  • Watering of plants, weeding, prune and removal of dried leaves, trimming of plants. 
  • Possess the attitude to learn, training provided. 
  • We welcome local elderly / middle / retiree to be part of our group.
  • Selected candidate will be expecting full benefits after 3 months probation period.

4) ADMIN / ACCOUNT / HR ASSISTANT

  • Full time position, selected candidate shall perform the duties of administrative and human resources support to the company.
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality to handle walk in customer at office and mend office landline phone in customer inquiries as well reply emails inquiries.
  • Coordinate with site technicians, manager and directors for operations to follow up.
  • Prepare monthly invoices to customer via email or postal to customer address. Update in excel file.
  • Keep track of outstanding payment due, call and email to follow up with customer. Email statement of account to customer.
  • Receive invoices / claim from suppliers, to stamp and verify with site operations of the expenditure and submit to director to approve.
  • Issue cheques, payment voucher, and keep proper filing of account file.
  • Job posting online or advertisement platform.
  • Any other roles, to be assigned by Director.
  • Minimum 1 year experience, fresh graduates will be considered too.
  • Selected candidate will be train by Director personally.
