Setting out herewith the term & condition. Buyer is protected by cggroup.com.sg ecommerce guarantee for a duration of 14 calendar days upon receipt of their product. If we do not hear from you after the expiry of the guarantee protection days, the product is deem to be accepted by buyers.
Request / Application for Return
To request your return, please take note of the following policies:-
- Include in your email the original #order number / invoice number & indicate the items you are requesting to return.
- Return item must still got product tag and return in original packaging.
- Discounted item or promotional item are non returns.
- Return product refers to defective product during shipment.
- Return product refers to wrong technical product specification and description advertised at cggroup.com.sg.
