Customer are protected by our shipping policy up to maximum protection of 40 days:-

Free Shipping Policy
- cggroup.com.sg offers free shipping option for our customer, please note that free shipping are delivered by economical shipping method which could take up to 14 days. We appreciate our customer to patiently wait for their product if free shipping is selected.
- cggroup.com.sg endevours to pack and ship out your product at the soonest. We offer paid shipping method for customer to choose. Customer to choose what is the best shipping option.
The Duration
- Upon receipt of your order and payment, there will be estimated 3 business day for your payment to reach us, this shall be processed by bank clearance.
- Orders are generally dispatched within once payment is cleared from bank.
- Please take note that item is subjected to clearance at each different country custom and lead time varies on different country zone.
- The payment clearance + shipping duration is estimated above table depending on your location and regional.
- If your bank card failed in sending the payment to us, you may contact your bank for clarification or use other payment method as provided at cggroup.com.sg
- We do not provide walk-in service at our office. All product shall be dispatch by our logistic partner’s.
- Tracking number willl be issue, update by flight at dispatch center. Please wait patiently for us to obtain the tracking number from our logistic partner’s.
All duties & tax charges by the destination country is borne by customer expenses.
